Myself (Julie) and my Husband Jordan decided to start J & J Event Rentals while going through the process of renting everything from tents, tables and chairs, linens and place settings for our own 180-person outdoor wedding. Since our wedding was being held on private property, we did not have any of the stuff that typically comes with renting a venue, so we were starting from scratch. We struggled to find all the things we needed at reasonable prices that were available for our date. We searched all over the Kootenays for wedding rentals including event rentals in Castlegar, wedding rentals in Nelson and more. After this we decided to start J & J event rentals to provide everyone a go to place for their Kootenay Event Rental needs at a reasonable price point with a special focus on providing the best customer service possible.
