  • Can I set up the 20' x 20' tents myself?
    No, due to insurance and liability reasons, 20' x 20' tents must be set up by our experienced team. We have a 10' x 20' pop up style tent that you can set up yourself as an alternate option.
  • Do you require a deposit?
    To secure rental items for your event date we require a 50% non refundable deposit for bookings under $1000, and a $1000 deposit for all wedding packages.
  • Do you set up tables, chairs and string lights?
    No, only set up of tents is included. All other items including tables and chairs will be dropped off near the tent location and it is your responsibility to set them up as you wish.
  • How long do the 20' x 20' tents take to set up
    Each 20' x 20' tent takes 20 - 30 minutes to set up from start to finish.
  • How many 8' tables can fit under each 20' x 20' tent?
    For Maximum capacity seating, you can fit 6 - 8' tables under each tent, with 8 chairs per table for a total of 48 chairs per tent
  • How many chairs can you put at a 8' table?
    8' Tables can accommodate 8-10 chairs per table. 8 Chairs can be used per table with 4 chairs on each side, or for additional seating you can add 2 more chairs, one at each end of the table.
  • What type of payment do you accept?
    We accept payment by e transfer, cash or credit card.
