Tent Setup
Tent set up is typically done a day or 2 before the event and taken down a day or 2 after to allow you plenty of time to set up your event. Exact set up and take down times to be determined based on availablity and specific venue and customer needs to be determined at time of signed rental contract.
Other Rental Item Delivery
With rental of a wedding package or tent rentals, all other items will be delivered and picked up at the same time as set up and take down of the tents. If no tent rental is selected, delivery and pick up can be coordinated on an individual bases with each customer. All linens and dishes may be returned dirty as part of the rental price.
Tent Setup Timelaps
The below video shows a time laps of a typical 20' x 20' tent set up. Set up takes approximatly 20-30 mintes per tent.
Tent Setup Requirements
The chosen location for your 20' x 20' event tent rental set up must be easily accessible by truck and trailer. Additional charges will apply if tent components have to be manually moved from the trailer location any distance to the set up location.
It is the respnsibility of the renter to ensure staking of tents into the ground is allowed at selected set up location
